The first excerpt was for Mammoth by Jill Baguchinsky that is due out in November 2018. This book wouldn't normally be my sort of thing but on reading the excerpt I must say that I found myself intrigued by the idea of Mammoths and palaeontology so I think I might just read it when it comes out after all.
