I appreciated the insights. Understanding a problem is a major step to solving it but the real work comes in implementing what you have learned. In that light I give the book four stars myself somewhat less. But I’m a work in progress . Hopefully I’ll kick my own hiney more often as I endeavor to use what I’ve learned
