Deadpool takes on a job to evict a super callen "the Wrench". The owners of the building the Wrench lives want him out so they can sell the building. Deadpool learns that the reason the Wrench won't leave is because the building is filled with nice people. Deadpool and the Wrench join forces and get the buildings rights transferred to one of the tenants.
