“Yes. You must have been mistaken. Thought you saw something that wouldn’t ever happen,” I said pointedly. A second later Mark was off of his chair and his face was in the crook of my neck giving me passionate kisses while Eddie held his active scissors away from my head.
Awww, Mark being so elated he can't conceal his happiness even a minute longer. :)
