This is a book that you read a couple chapters. Then, you take a break to think about the new health knowledge. Then, you change and incorporate some suggestions into your lifestyle, perhaps changing yourself, and your perspective permanently. Then, you read some more. It's a book that stays around and can be re-read, read aloud to friends and family during pertinent subject matters that may arise. It's a great book.
