Actually I'm reading the second edition.
I have more chemical allergies than food allergies, but there is a lot of good material about allergic reactions and what to look for if you suspect you have an allergy or sensitivity. I don't have children, but there is a lot of information about them.
I developed an allergy to lamb about three years ago, so you can always get new ones, unfortunately.
