This book explores so many themes and sub themes of war better than any book I have ever read. It's speaks to just when we stop being children and is it really a matter of age? Or of maturity? Or out of necessity? And do the ends always justify the means? How far does a person have to go to protect themselves and how much is it okay to keep from people in order to"protect them"? When does someone cross the line?
