Almost through the health-and-body sections, they're quite a departure from the earlier threads, but still quite interesting to read. With the relentless pace of research, some bits (namely some of the specifics in the cardiac health section) are now out-dated, and others are still a good introduction to the current understanding. Looking forward to the final sections!
