That is definitely a different ending from the movie. Macon still died but in a different way than in the book. Larkin was actually a dark caster unlike I the movie. He helped save Ethan in a he movie but he helped Lena’s Mom in the book. I don’t know if I want to read the next book or not. It wasn’t bad but I still don’t know how I feel about it.

Link is a loyal guy. I don’t know if I could follow even my best friend around as loyally as he is following Ethan. He is just excepting that Ridley is a siren. Lena’s mom was possessing his mother and of course all of the other crazy magic stuff. Lol.

What’s gonna happen now? Ridley lured Ethan away from Leena for a reason. She also admitted that his mom was killed and that her death want just an accident. It’s nice to know that Ridley is at least a little bit redeemable.

This book is definitely different than I remember. That is most likely because what I remember is from the movie and they have almost nothing in common. The Caster library is only open o. Specific days and I thought it was only open at night. They also combined 2 characters together: librarian and Alma. They went to a dace which I know didn’t happen in the movie. I like it so far though.
