Don't waste your time or money. I used to love Ann McCaffrey books. While this book has her name on the cover, and characters and plots recognizably hers, this two-book Kindle set is garbage. I ended up skipping huge chunks of chapters to get past the distasteful, disturbing, and disgusting and jump to the end to finish book one. Did not even start book two. Shallow, racist, rape-fantasy, war of the sexes plot.
