If by "hand made", you mean "assembled by hand with much swearing and tool throwing" then yes lol. They're actually ikea pantry/ storage shelves, sooo much cheaper than traditional bookshelves and I can fit twice as much on them! They're the Henje system if you want to check them out, I stained them to match the rest of my house.
