Things are becoming slightly better as there is a bit more suspense and intrigue being incorporated into the story. Still, I'm finding the plot rather weak and chaotic and I can't get used to the writing style (formatting problems aside). I'm not a big fan of the characters either...

Sadly things still aren't improving... Chaotic, don't like the writing style, lack of proper plot, too many POV switches, crude language, lack of connection to characters... This isn't looking good.

Sadly this is turning out to be quite a disappointment. Besides formatting problems I can forgive since it's an ARC and not a final version, I'm having a hard time with the many many POV switches every couple of pages, making it harder to keep track of the story and the characters. I don't feel a connection to the characters at all and they seem rather flat to me. And the plot itself is weak and rather boring...
