Like Realist Hero, the secretary has an "interview" process too to find capable demons willing to perform roles in the demon army. Even the weakest demons have their uses, and she will find them.

I liked the scene at the end of the tour she was giving to the new recruits where it was revealed that the secretary purposely walked by Satan's room so the tourgoers would start with the lowest impression, and everything else would be up from there. x)

It strikes me how similar this is to Realist Hero. I guess "empire management" would be the genre label.
There's some nice stuff done in here where you go back to the human kingdom to see how they're doing since the secretary switched sides. Ultimately, it's a very familiar political shift we see where a leader given too much power abuses it, and tries to deflect the outrage onto the "oppressors" (demons).

Satan, king of evil, was looking for a slave woman for his demon realm (for his urges really). Unfortunately for him, the girl that matches his needs ends up being a bit more strong willed and more of a control freak than expected. She has vision for the world of the demons that, quite frankly, is a bit too harsh to humanity. Even Satan himself is taken aback at her efficiency and her plan's lack of morality + fun.
