Excellent book. I’m using it as a reference. I particularly love Thich Nhat Hahn’s reference to all the things we have an appetite for, including toxic aspects of media. We can learn to consume with our highest intention, be discerning about our choices, and practice moderation in all things. Mindfulness helps us savor every golden moment so we can be sustained through challenging experiences as they occur.
