Someone HELP! I'm looking for feedback from someone, ANYONE pleeeeaaaasssseeee. So, I ordered a KIRKUS (yeah I know, insert dramatic WHY, here) but I was curious so, I ordered one. Now, here's my dilemma, I don't know how I feel about the review. But would you consider this a positive review?

And yes, I posted the review. I know you have the option not to, but hey I paid for it, it's someones honest opinion so I went for it. And yes, I do feel sick in case you were wondering.

I wouldn’t say that it’s a bad review T, but to give you my two cents if I had written this review about a book it’s one that I probably would’ve given 3 stars too. (For me 3 stars is not a bad book, but that’s just me). In other matters, I was considering Kirkus in the past but since the entire review except the last few lines are actually just a summary of the book I’ll pass on giving them my money. I was thinking of getting one from Selfpublishingreview.com actually, but I’m still undecided. Do such reviews actually boost your book sales? That’s the real question I’m asking :/
Thanks for the feedback Jamila. As far as boosting sales, from what I understand it doesn't boost anything really unless its a rave review, or unless you also use their media promotion tool (which I didn't). I personally got the review just for myself, I wasn't expecting a boost in sales, Kirkus for me was like one of those things on my goal/to-so list when I decided to travel the indie author road. But between us, I personally feel my GR reviews are much more personal and descriptive, from the 3.5 stars to the 5 stars.
