Oh no :( I'm from Belgium, have never won a giveway either but it sucks we can't enter them anymore now!
I think these new rules GR put on giveaways are just awful. Restricting them to US residents makes no sense and neither does making indie authors pay $599 to do their own giveaways. Why in the world would they do this? :(
Yeah ikr, I've woken a three or four times though I got received just two xD It almost feels like they're banning is from gr :/
Right? I'm from Poland and I don't even care about actually winning anything because what are the chances? But if I can't even enter a giveaway, then it feels like Goodreads is only for U.S. residents, and I'm not welcome here... I know that it's not true, but still

I never entered a giveaway. But it sucks that you can't enter because you don't live in the US. They should at least make some of the giveaways international.
