I sometimes wonder why m/m romance authors seem to think that a story must have tons of angst or drama or life threatening situations to be interesting... I mean the it's m/m ROMANCE so shouldn't the romance be the most important part and take up the bulk of the book???

Alittle pissed cuz that whole premise for this ie. the stepbrothers area in love is IMHO bogus they lived as stepbrothers for like 5 yrs before Thorne's mother forced his to leave by threatening to hurt or kill Sage. There is nothing wrong with them being together. Hell they are not biologically related in ANY way even with this being a shifter story where they can get preggies together.
