Good god. I don’t know if I’ll ever get used to the insanely random ex’s/suitor’s that show up in every Calmes book, spouting crazy bullshit to one of the MCs, that serves no other purpose other than to say to the reader, “hey, look at this desirable MC, isn’t he, like, so fricken desirable!?” So stupid. 😒

She did without in book two and it was great fun! Then this begins and BAM, 2 pages in and a psycho ex with a gun shows up pleading for the MC to do him! 😂 I can’t even...
