Part 3 'Problem Pages' (pp.29-46) was an amusing idea (famous historical literary figures send in their questions and problems to literary agony aunt Patience who offers her advice) but became fairly repetitive after the first couple.

delivered at such speed, and with such hatred
it stung me: to encounter so much rage;
more, for being judged solely by colour;
