I am all about living your best life, so this was a great read for me. If you don't mind the f* word every other line, it's awesome. It's not about being offensive it's about making a point about being YOU and doing YOU and stop living your life mainly for others. While Knight may come off harsh sometimes, I believe it's just hard truths we need to hear. Highly recommended.
