I'm highly enjoying this already! The writing style, characters, setting, and events of the story are all engaging from the first, and the book loses no time before starting explosively.

Thanks to a good friend, I'm also so excited to have found a new-to-me Roman Britain book, and to be reading my first book by Geoffrey Trease. I know it won't be the last. :)
