Interesting, but kind of mired in its late-80s/early 90s post-structuralist/deconstructionist/feminist/queer/Freud-Lacan-Sizek influenced terminology, although this book's intended audience would be familiar with the lingo. The thesis oversimplified: the fatal lesbian trope is necessary to prop up the white supremacist patriarchal culture's identity. Each chapter shows that from a different angle.
