How DARE you run into people you know while out in public instead of meeting your friend (in public) and not even looking at any other human being?!
Seriously, what is wrong with this woman? This is Japan, where she took public transport. You can't not interact with other human beings. I was there as a foreigner who knows no one and even I had to apologize occasionally for bumping into people.
