I skipped the introduction...I started reading it but as the purpose of my reading is to unwind from the day and fall asleep the information-heavy introduction was not what the dr ordered so I skipped ahead to the fable section. I read 3 of the fables and decided now is probably not the time for me to be reading this book. I't set up as a treatise and research tool for folklorists...not the lay-reader.
