For an indie author who says they don't edit, this really has good quality of writing. Maybe a bit much comma usage to string sentences together and the odd stop. Start. Sentence. Red is one of those "kick-ass" heroines... Only she doesn't unrealistically kick ass. Though why would Red leave because the wolf has returned? A bit of extra explaination on the wolf-witch link might make things clearer.
