...And that's where I'm leaving it. It's not an enjoyable read, fair enough it's non-fiction and the reporting/writing is a little all over the place. Too many different names/people etc. for a non-follower of Philippines affairs. Duterte is certainly an interesting character, but not really...he's another self-styled authoritarian with an agenda to wipe out druggies, dealers etc.
