Oh the frustration and tragedy of true love separated first by an over-bearing Lord, then years later thwarted by bitterness, misunderstanding, and pride! Well-timed interruptions and confusion without contrived scenes or implausible plot situations keep the lovers apart and the reader involved. A page turner for sure!
