Vines like pumpkin, tomato, cucumber, or beans should be planted when signs are in the arms while root vegetables like orators should be planted on a dark moon. Which, fine, it follows, but corn should also be planted on a dark moon? Because of you plant on a full moon the stalks grow straight and tall and the rainwater goes under the shuck and rots the ears.
