I'm sorry, I don't care how "stunningly mesmerizing" some guy is - if he barges into your apartment, unannounced, uninvited, AND, after you've just been warned less than 24 hours ago that he's also "12 Monkey's kind of crazy" - I would NOT be frozen in place from lust, I'd be frozen in place from FEAR!

Roger Wayne and Monique Makena couldn't save this story. By Chapter 3, I was sick & tired of hearing Eden wax poetic about how hot Cole was. Yeah. We got it after the first 20 descriptions. And, then the ridiculous attempt at making Jason, the 3rd wheel, out to be the villain to Cole's superhero, was just fucking stupid. I couldn't get through it.
