Trying to be open-minded. So far, I’m struggling with her descriptions of anxiety and it makes me feel more isolated in mine. I haven’t been able to relate yet. I also really find her/her writing annoying. She uses words like rat-baggy, kerkuffles, suction-y, shwooping, thyroid-y, sukshma-ish, out-of-sync-ness, etc. She’s repetitive and a bit too intense for me. I’m trying to stick with it. May have to skim.
