Oh My Authority, this is such a brilliant book. Beautiful.

Reading about the mulefa reminds me of being taught about natural selection in biology. Such an elegant, bewildering idea.

Looking forward to reading this again. The first two are the setup and this really is a fantastic finale. My recollection of the detail is hazy...but I remember being utterly delighted!
