Good Read. Book is mainly an instructional. I had expected more of notes, tips or even straight forward lessons. It rather gives you exercises to do and sort of tells you what you can expect to learn or how you should be going about said exercise to optimize the knowledge the author clearly wants you to find out through self discovery.
