Still in the preface of this book and already the author's going on about how her generation learned to cook, because their mom's actually cooked REAL FOOD from SCRATCH. But young people don't know how to, because of all this damn processed and ready-made stuff.
This does not bode well for my opinion of the book. But as ever, I will persist.
