This is really difficult to listen too... I guess I should have read more about it before starting it. I wasn't aware of the level of and details of the abuse in this. I usually steer clear of this stuff because of my job. It's well written but not sure if I will continue. Definitely an it's me not you situation though darn I was really looking forward to it.
