My character carol needs to learn that some things need to be given up for more opportunities. She is very mad and upset that she has to be at the ranch with her family instead of with her friends.

The protagonist is very cranky and doesn’t like to listen to others. For example Serges dad wants to help repair his house but he won’t allow it.

The main character in my book is Carol, I’ve learned that she loves her family and she hates the summer heat and she dislikes snakes.
