So the first section is at a party where a guy on fire, won't stop running while on fire, bowling over tables and anything in the way, with a dwarf waiter running as fast as his short legs will go after the guy, and he's always terrified of fire. It sounds funny, but the delivery really leaves that untapped, then wraps with a punny joke instead of using the potential for humor in the situation earlier.
