Bloody hell! I’m starting to hate Justine and I liked her so much before. Yes, her obsession with the men in her life was extremely annoying, but it was a minor part in the first book. It has gotten significantly worse in this one or maybe my patience has reach its limit. Plus, she’s being such an asshole too, especially to Shelby and Simon. She’s such a hypocrite. URGH...

OMG, one paragraph later and this book managed to boil my blood so much I want to hurl my kindle against the wall. So, now Justine is claiming a man, who she barely really knows, is her anchor when she is confronted with an unpleasant truth she rather not face. This pushes my buttons like nothing else does. Why do women think that a man is the solution to all their problems? ARGH!!!! 🤮 *vomits*
