'Chinese Singaporeans are the most uptight of all the Chinese.' Apart from the liberal minded ABC, I think we are not as bad. Maybe back then. But if u are talking about competitiveness, I guess..yeah..They somewhat are. Look at forum from education site..haiyah..everyone wanted to graduate cum laude. A grade B or GPA 3.5 doesnt make u look that intelligent. The benchmark set is too high. This is just the beginning.

Finally found out what the rave all about as this book and PS I still love U. Both kept popping up on my feed. Seriously? Haiyah...U really have to be in the mood to read this. Its funny..no doubt about it. Eddie is really a spoilt brat.

Ormsby really got what he deserved. He was gobsmacked when there's a change of hotel owner and terminated immediately by the person he chased out of the hotel for not honoring the booking they made. I hated Ormsby for being such an insufferable snob, however, I cringed too at their childrens behaviour rather than their appearance.
