I am on ch 13. It is much more interesting. The action started kinda weird in like ch 5 but it was good. No overtly dumb decsions by jelena. Bad guys seemed to have just popped up out of nowhere but whatevs. Still not enough of the other characters but way more than the previous books. Actually am glad it's 20 ch long instead of shorter. Wonder what the mystery is....

more quotes with jelena agreeing with me about her dumb decisions. from ch 2 ...she knew she'd been far more reckless with their ship...than they preferred. But how was she supposed to pay off the rest of the debt...poorly paying cargo hauling missions? Especially when she botched them and ended up owing money to the people who hired them? again, i agree jelena. i agree.

i am actually on ch 4 and according to kindle i have read 15%. anywhoo, from ch 1. Jelena decided the reason she felt like an imposter captain was because she was 18 and didn't know how to talk to people more mature than she. oh girl, duh. from ch 2 Of course, her purple shirt with the silver sparkly unicorn head and sequined hem did not exude the sort of authority she needed right now. again, duh.

no idea what page i am on. why don't they do chapters? anywhoo, i am on chapter 3. so jelena still inept and annoying. seriously why are we still in her POV only. sigh. jelena actually thinks the same thing. that she is too young and keeps making stupid mistakes. lemme find it so i can quote it. oh and once again thor takes charge. good news more interesting characters are coming on board. yay!
