you'll have to tell me how you like this! i met todd and linda shimoda when i worked at the festival of books--they seemed like really nice people, but i haven't read any of their work yet.

I am a little over half way through — the story unfolds quietly, but the mystery plot keeps it quite hard to put down! A good amount of Japanese aesthetics/philosophy, without bogging the plot down. Highly recommend!
Just finished it. Quiet a feat of fiction & philosophy warped in one. A talker! Please read it so we can discuss!
