Edwards is much more interesting a character and thinker than I thought. Really enjoying his philosophical theology as brought to life through the authors here.

Like most people, I've only known Edwards' through the lens of "Sinners in the Hands of an Angry God" (in fact, I had to read this in my 18th/19th cent. American Lit. class). A bit disappointing that most see him only this way, as his theology and philosophy is a lot more eclectic and interesting than most have gotten to see. And, geez--I didn't realize what a tireless thinker he was. Going to Yale at 13? Wow.
