Repeat use of the same explanation but... not too bad. The anecdotes are a bit annoying, because they're not my thing, but it's not as bad as other stuff I've read. Will double back and finish the exercises when I'm not reading in spurts.

Taking the book slow to do the exercises inside. It's not a bad read. Unfortunately it feels like each small story is a conversation with someone and dragging them through the process. At this point, the chapter exercise is the only real "new" information. I feel like I'm being repeatedly told the same story as if it were a sell for the overall process. :(
