The publishers have agreed to send me another copy, one without pages missing. That is very decent of them.

Hold on a second. I just got to this stage of the book only to find that my (purchased from Russian Life Books) copy is missing nine pages. It goes from 158 to 167 and there are no pages missing from the binding; nothing fell out. I'm kind of furious. How sloppy. I've written to them to see if they'll send me another copy. I bought this a while ago but still...
