Overall, Singh's writing does not impress/affect me: I can see through the style (you know, in the way that you can see the mechanisms while knowing that the showing is not deliberate?) Two stories have stood out till now, however. With Fate Conspire brings back memories of a city left behind, a city I return to soon. Oblivion: A Journey is just brilliant storytelling. Love the use of Indian history.
