This is my next Epic Collection jaunt, I think. Never really read much Avengers (classic or otherwise), but I'm running out of old Marvel to speed-read, so I might as well tackle this at some point. Weirdly, I've never heard of anyone pointing to a specific, authoritative Avengers run. Does this ever even get close to hitting the heights of the Lee/Kirby FF or Claremont X-Men?
