Parker's cases seem to be getting more heated, both with legal matters and personal vendettas. He must also try to fight this issue with not being able to speak openly in court. With these two major cases getting closer to trial, there is little room for error, though missteps could cost his clients dearly. All the while, he must learn to separate his time as a prof and a hot blooded male when it comes to a student.

However, when he is retained to defend one of his former colleagues in an embezzlement charge against a large LA Church. Stern has no love loss for this place, which he deems a cult. Meanwhile, as he teaches a law seminar, one of his students presents him a fire-hot case.
