As far as Freyenhagens aristotelian reading goes it might be a good primer for the book (although it is a defense of the books content against critics).
Another issue of high relevance for MacIntyreans might be that Freyenhagen's Adorno woud deny that we can know what the human good is. In the introduction to the book Freyenhagen already lays out how he thinks Adorno can avoid the apparent incoherence of holding (warranted) normative views while at the same time denying that we can have knowledge of the good. This I found very interesting because I basically subscribed to the formalised 'Problem of Normativity' he presents on page 7 without realizing that I might have taken something questionable for granted in doing so.
