This came in the mail. I wasn’t going to read it until I had finished others. I just looked at the index, and the bibliography, and then the preface, and abbreviations and, well, the Introduction. That got me to p. XXXVI. Now I’m on p. 36. So 72 pages in, I guess I’m reading it. Really good so far.
