As another reviewer noted, this book uses religion as part of its material. I wish that was mentioned in the description because I wouldn't have picked it up. Having said that... working around the religion and sometimes sexist views of "traditional" parent roles... I have to admit there's very helpful advice in here. We've already seen big changes in our household from implementing the first language. More to come!
