I love this idea, I love the activities, I love the creativity & I love the therapeutic value.
I have unfortunately never got to the point where I'm 100% commited to it. I've done a substantial amount but honestly haven't even reached for it for over a year.
I'm just a different type of creative to this method.
10/10 recommend though. Only regret is my lack of commitment.
